Is LYXNPA Bubble Frost Foam Cannon Compatible with my Pressure washer?

Bubble Frost features a 1/4" quick connector, compatible with most of pressure washer guns. If unsure, please kindly contact us to check.

What's the orifice size?

Pre-installed 1.1 mm orifice. Smaller orifice is recommended for electric pressure washer. You will be able to achieve thicker snow foam.

Orifice Guide for Pressure Washer Capacity

  • 1.1 mm orifice: Under 1,595 psi (110 Bar)
  • 1.25 mm orifice: 1,595psi (110 Bar) - 2,175psi (150 Bar)

Do I need specific shampoo to produce thick foam?

Any car wash shampoo can be used, we do recommend using a snow foam shampoo to achieve thick foam.

Warm water is recommended for thicker foam.

Do I need thick foam?

Thick foam can offer better cleaning and protection for your vehicle's paint. However, thinner foam can still effectively clean your vehicle, especially if you use a high-quality shampoo.

How much soap should I put in a foam cannon?

General shampoo to water ratio is 1:9. You can adjust this ratio based on factors such as water hardness, shampoo concentration, and personal preference for foam thickness.

Some additional shampoo-to-water ratio guidelines:

  1. 1:5 Ratio: Dense foam, suitable for heavy cleaning.
  2. 1:8 Ratio: Balanced foam for regular maintenance.
  3. 1:15 Ratio: Light foam, easy to rinse off.
  4. 1:20 Ratio: Very light foam, conserves soap.

How to maintain my foam cannon?

After use, rinse thoroughly with water to remove soap residue. Flush with water to clear any remaining debris. Let it dry completely before storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
