How to Return

2. Once your return is confirmed as eligible, drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point™ location.
3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping if you wish to return an item.
Damaged Products
Before accepting delivery, please inspect the merchandise for any damage. If your item arrives damaged, kindly reach out to our live customer support or email us at info@lynxpa.com. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.

How long will it take for me to receive a refund once I return an item?
