3-Year Warranty

LYNXPA warrants that each LYNXPA Product you purchase will be free from defects in material or workmanship when used for ordinary household purposes for a period of three years from the original date of purchase.

How to claim a warranty

Product Registration:

To better serve you with any product related questions or needs, we strongly recommend you to register your products. We can better track the model, serving time, and give you the best solution.

Submit a Warranty Request

Please send your warranty request with valid proof of purchase to info@lynxpa.com or through our web chat. Our support team will assist you. Valid proof of purchase can include one of the following:

  • Order number from online purchases made through LYNXPA or LYNXPA’s authorized resellers
  • Sales receipt
  • Payment record

What's covered by our warranty

When submitting a warranty claim to LYNXPA, you understand and agree that you may be required to return or ship the product to us for further examination. We guarantee to do one of the following:

  • Replace or repair all defective parts,
  • Repair the defective unit, or
  • Replace the unit with a new or upgraded unit.

What is not covered by LYNXPA's warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Usage of the product for commercial, non-household, or rental applications.
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
  • Cosmetic changes that do not impact performance.
  • Failure or damage resulting from deliberate actions, negligence, or other human factors.
  • Failure or damage caused by accidents or force majeure events, such as fire, water damage, lightning, or other acts of nature.
